Dr. Kostiuk has been an attending staff Cardiologist since completing his Cardiac Residency in 1984. He holds a BSc. and MSc. in Mechanical engineering and a Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He has an M.D.C.M. from McGill University. He is a Fellow of the Royal College. Clinical interests are focused on Primary cardiac care and clinical teaching.
